Ag Optix offers a complete NIR integration solution with process application development, project management, planning and NIR system installation all offered.  Staff training is also included with each installation.

 

Inline integration of NIR is not complicated, and by following a simple series of steps, most food producers can easily gather the samples and lab references needed to quickly bring ZEISS NIR in to use inline.

Once a system is installed, food producers can customize their lines for greater process control and product optimization.  Together with ZEISS, Ag Optix will continue to assist in the development of an efficient and data-driven process.

Current customers include potato product processors, grain handlers, snack makers, ethanol plants, vegetable processors, fruit, berry and nut growers, meat packers, food oil refiners, confectioners and dairy goods producers.

Concept: The New High-Tech ZEISS Site in Jena, Germany.  Completion is planned for 2023 and will make Jena the Optical Capital of Europe.
